Transfer tool allows you to quickly cost out and bill catering and special
functions. You can also use this tool to keep track of inventory transfers from
one cost center to another.
When creating a catering function
you can cost out food, labor, equipment rentals and more. Then you can print a
client invoice showing the sale of each item and a cost invoice that shows the
profit that you made on each item and the overall profit on the function.
